I have been harrassed and had numerouse ripoff attempts by Bofa over the last 3 years. Does anyone have a good defense to get them off my back without abandoning my home of 36 years? I have only fallen hehind a few times during the Bush Admin depression due to 3 years of unemployment. Thank God my 90 year old monther who lived wit me was able to help me out finanacially during tat time,
I no longer answer their abusive collection calls after many months of wasting time and losing income on the phone with them trying to get resolution to no avail.
Yjey added forced palce flood insurance on amy property which is not in a flood zone. I know they just want to get rid of old paper. Best defense? Any success stories or insider clues?

If you 'Google' this- DID SPECULATION FUEL OIL PRICE SWINGS, you can watch that 60 Minutes segment on the web in order to understand that the bankers, & others, are able to 'manipulate' the price of oil for profit. Oil is over $105 a barrel today. It appears that the bankers, & others, are manipulating the price of oli again in order to keep their banks afloat, at least for now.
