No fee agreement

AUTHOR: Tampa Bay - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 22, 2013

There was no agreement by Mr S**** or Tampa Bay Sky to pay the fees charged. Neither have seen the fee schedule of Barter Rewards. Further, there was no billing by Barter Rewards on this account. The first time it was known than Barter Rewards wanted that amount of fees is when it was stolen from the bank account.

After a phone conversation with Tait Carson where he refused to refund the stolen money, to pay the NSF fees and cancelled he trade account $7622 of our funds, the phone conversation was terminated. Tait Carson proceeded to repeatedly call back. He knew of the health problems. He was asked not to call again. He then texted pesonally insulting remarks including "chicken".

Barter Rewards and Tait Carson's policy were never agreed to by Mr. S**** or Tampa Bay Sky.

The NSF fees caused by Barter Rewards and Tait Carson continue to rise and there will be more as the extended overdraft charges occur. The damages continue to rise.

Barter Rewards and its staff including Tait Carson, knew or should have known they did not have authorization to charge fees. That entire group is responsible, joint and severally.

The Barter Reward fees as charged would never had been agreed to by Leonard S**** or Tampa Bay Sky. Leonard S**** is a senior citizen with social security income now being jeopardized by this Barter Rewards and Tait Carson theft.

Mr. Smith agreed to pay his Broker fees by ach debit by signing a authorization form required to process payments and he provided routing and account number to do so. The transaction was declined due to nonsufficient funds. There was no monies recieved or stolen from Mr. Leonard Smith. I did contact him to resolve this matter, he would answer and immediately hang up on me three times. He was requesting by demand to our staff a refund when we never received payment for services rendered. There is policies with our Company in refunding as most businesses, first verify receipt of funds, secondly the method of payment received is the method of payment to be used for refund. Our Company processes over a thousand ach transactions per month and have never received a complaint for payment following an invoice. We stride to make our Customers happy and will continue to do so. We wish Mr. Leonard Smith good health....
