Bean Marketing / Annabel Walker Annabel Walker Amateurish, dreadful service, achieved nothing from campaign and demanded payment at an astonishing rate! Birchington Kent

TL:DR This company doesn’t amount to a hill of beans.

My company used Bean Marketing / Annabel for a four week campaign and it was a disaster.

First off, the Facebook and Instagram videos she produced were extremely low-resolution as she uses the free version of Adobe Spark. As a photographer this is a major problem as the images look very poor and grainy. The free version of the software also adds a big ‘Adobe Spark’ logo across the images! Looks awful and one of my friends sent me a message congratulating me that Adobe were using my images to advertise THEIR software!

We ended up doing all the videos ourselves as she told us she would not pay for the full high resolution/unbranded version of Adobe Spark! Professional huh?

She was also poor at targeting and the combination of all the issues meant we had absolutely NO RESULTS from the campaign.

She charges a whopping £200.00/day! So for that little lot, we paid her well over £1000.00! She would not accept any responsibility and when I paid half and disputed the balance, she immediately issued a county court summons – she’s pretty efficient when it comes to debt collecting, just not as a marketeer!

I paid it because I don’t have the time to spend disputing it and preparing a case. I’m working to offset the losses this company caused us. Facebook /Instagram marketing is actually pretty straightforward if you’re willing to put the time in, and we’ve had much bigger successes doing it ourselves.

As I said, this company doesn’t amount to a hill of beans.
