An "article" popped up on my Facebook page about why Joanna Gaines (HGTV Fixer Upper) was leaving the show. The article talked about how skin care has always been important to Joanna. Next came an ad for Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Creme, leading you to believe this was a product developed by Joanna Gaines. I decided to order her "free sample" for the shipping price of $4.95. I filled in the order information and NEVER did I see or check a box for anything pertaining to "terms and conditions." Once I hit submit order, the information vanished from my screen. At that point, I thought something had happened and the order didn't go through.

A few days later, I received a package from a Las Vegas address with a 0.5 fl oz Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and a 1 oz Beaute Wrinkle Cream. There was nothing else included in the package. No letter or information of any kind. That struck me as odd, considering that with a sample, they would want to promote the product and give you information for future ordering. I set the samples aside and have never opened them.

Several weeks later, I got a fraud alert from my bank for a $99.95 charge which had taken place overnight during the early morning hours. I contacted the bank and informed them that I had not make a charge for that amount on my card. I was instructed to return my debit card to the bank for a reissue, which I did. I filled out the fraudulent charge information as well.

Now, Beaute Wrinkle Creme (AKA Fluorescent Skin Care) is telling my bank that I agreed to terms and conditions (again, which were never visible on the order form I filled out) to be charged $99.95 for my sample, which they now are calling a 14 day trial, and a monthly auto ship program of this product. If this was a legit company and they had been forthright with their information, I would have never ordered. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford $100 plus dollars a month for skin care. If this was a legit company, they would not piggyback their product to make it appear it was developed by someone of celebrity status. If this was a legit company, they wouldn't be using different company names or different phone numbers for contact purposes.

The FAX information my bank received from them is for Fluorescent Wrinkle Cream, not Beaute Wrinkle Reducer. The order form and information was completely different than what I filled out.  I filled out an order for Beaute Wrinkle Reducer and never saw any of the order info or terms and conditions which they sent to my bank.

This is a SCAM operation and these people need to be put out of business.  I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General's office to file complaints with them as well.
