This business is very deceitful as they are ripping off Groupon as well as customers.  I arrived with a groupon and was immediately told that they would tell Groupon that I was not a good canidate for this and then Groupon will refund me that price and I can pay them directly bypassing Groupons fees.  They immediately started upselling me and then after agreeing to three times the amount I originally went in for it did absoultly nothing!!  I am sure that they only injected Saline as they were very deceitful and refused to show me the product (Dysport) instead left the room and came back with a loaded syringe.  They used no alcohol wipes or gloves and after my investigation I found that Carolyn Huynh who I was told was a Nurse Practitioner is only licensed as a Associate Clinical Social Worker, she even gave me a card with her being listed as a Nurse Practitioner.  Dont go there this is avery bad busines Beware

Upon reading your rebuttal I found that the way it all happened and what you are writing are very different.  First, Just as I had asked in my email to you, it would be professional to know who is writing this rebuttal, name please.

Second, I was never offered anything for Free, upon arriving back,  at your request to look at me, I was within 5 minutes being told that I would need other products to achieve the results I wanted as I did not get enough Dysport, the issue is that when I purchased 20 units and upon there assessment of me advised that I would need 60 units and ultimetly purchased 65, and still NO results at all!!!!!!  If your not compentant enough to know what someone needs then you should not be in this business.

You should also go to CA.gov and check the license of Carolyn Huynh and explain why her business card says Nurse Practitioner and CA.gov says Associate Clinical Social Worker, and this is being honest with your customers?????

As for your FREE, Why dont you just refund me my money as I have asked?????????

We only have license RN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant performing injections at the facility. The NP in question credential can be confirmed on the Board of Nursing website or by calling the Board directly.

The client wanted correction on multiple areas and the amount she purchased on Groupon was not sufficient so we advise her that she need to purchase more products. Our cost was less than what was sold on Groupon and she had the option of returning the voucher and purchasing it for less at our facility.

We offered the patient a free touch up to the treated area since the initial dosage was low. Every patient need a different amount depending on the strength of the muscles and our staffs are conservative in our dosage especially on new patients.

It is not uncommon for patient to come in for touch up or follow up to determined if the initial dosage was sufficient or not and to formulate the precise dose for subsequent visits. Therefore we did offer rectify the situation to the client complaint and is awaiting her visit.
