BEAUTY FOR ASHES TRANSFORMATION HOUSE FHHM (Maggie Baratto) EXTREMELY JUDGEMENTAL UNEMPATHETIC AGENCY GIVING FALSE HOPE TO TRAFFICKING VICTIMS Arthur Ontario

Please if you are a victim of addiction/human trafficking or anything of this particular nature DO NOT seek out help or attempt to go to this facility. I signed up for their program, spent time I didn't have going to different cities for full medical exams and drove two hours to their facility in Arthur Ontario.

I disclosed to Maggie Barratto (Director of Human Resources for the Facility) and "MJ" an on-site employee that I was in a dangerous situation being taken advantage of by means of human trafficking and they told me the entire interview how the program was really going to help me and even asked if I could come that very weekend. I was very positive about my meeting with them and out in the lobby of their store the employee even stated that "I was going to love it at the house". It was heavily implied that I would be attending their program, besides, what "Christian" organization would leave a person in a situation like that with zero assistance?

I was horribly wrong. Apparently, according to others who have had interviews and stayed at this particular residence, it is incredibly cult-like and extremely judgemental. If Maggie doesn't have a good looking "product" to represent her organization she will leave you high and dry, basically to die. 

I risked my life to go to their facility and get help. I was called a week later and told they didn't think I really was 'ready' to leave the industry and it was heavily implied that they couldn't "fix" me. They gave me no other options, no networking, no other resources to help or even any other better suitable programs. I literally asked "MJ" what I could do to prove that I was ready and she literally said ver batem, "Just go to the website and fill out the paperwork we have on there." I responded what website?? To which she responded, "Ooooh yeah!" and began giggling and proceeded to state "Their website."

I asked if she could show me where to access them quickly on the website and she stated she didn't have the time. I wasn't worth two minutes of time to help. Not even giving me a resource, another option, I was worthless. Very Christian of them. I believe that they use God to look good and to maintain a certain appearance in the community. I jeopardized my home, contacted them/drove two hours to them, put myself at risk, and poured my heart out about all the abuse I had suffered all to have to pick up all the pieces again having no idea what is going to happen to me on a day to day basis. I hope this NEVER happens to another girl.
