First of all the let me give you a little back ground on this whole deal. It happened as following employee placed order for bunk beds in the end of April and was terminated!  We called the store starting in June to see where things were and this started what order and we have no clue! This order was simple one bunk bed credit all done thats it!  I ordered the bed in the end of April! I called and talked to an employee once a week starting in June first answer we don't know who are you? Check back in a couple of weeks! Went in and talked to an employee at a store who stated well let you know, this was three people. I kept calling by the way and always the same answer we dont know and well the incompetence shows with your staff and not taking customers as a priority. Then I write a letter to customer service and the manager proceeds to find out what was happening she told us the employee was no longer with Becker. Im taking this as terminated, the employee failed to follow thru to the manager what was going on. So we were left out in the dark with no information and no point of contact. This was our fault really! Okay so we called your company every time! The manager said we could cancel the order if we wanted mind you we were 10 weeks into this saga! Our children sleeping on the floor! The manager proceeded to speak to corporate about the incident and said our beds were due on July, 05, 2010. Okay twelve weeks we ask for some compensation for our trouble and your bad faith effort of your business. We were told by the manager 75.00 compensation was at most what were going to get take it or leave it. Trust me Im not pleased with your sales people, customer service or the manager at the wait park store. The least your company could have done was to at least try to correct the mess not tell me to stick it! On top of this the manager never called us back, as we had asked when the bed actually was in the store! So again we called! The only call I did get was a customer service rep whom was curt and told us the delivery time. Lets keep going the delivery guys were awesome that was the only good part of this whole experience. The bill was still messed up no 75.00 credit was not there at all I wrote it on the work order again we have call the manager to fix it! Okay Im angry your company takes no fault with what happened and has no accountability! I will tell all my friends about what happened I am so disappointed with our treatment I cant even believe. Again Thanks for not helping us! Thanks for messing up our order! Thanks for not managing your team! Thanks so much for lying about a discount we didnt get. Thanks for such disappointing customer service and lack of concern.
