Firing from Benchmark Engineering:

5/26/2020 I WAS FIRED.

I arrived at work at approximately 8:15 am. I was locked out of the timekeeping program.

There was a false document on my desk requesting my signature. It stated that I had only worked 20 hours a week from April 22nd, 2020 to May 22nd, 2020. I took a photo of this document. I contacted my lawyer who informed me I was fired once I was locked out of the time keeping program.

Later that day

I WAS TOLD I WAS FURLOUGHED as long as I signed the false document for Benchmark to defraud Hire Resolve (the recruiting company.)

5/27/2020 Benchmark reported to Work Force Services I had resigned.

AFTER FIRING ME, and telling me I was FURLOUGHED until the fall, the next day I was told my furlough could be postponed for 2-3 weeks, working 20 hours a week in another attempt to defraud Hire Resolve, and avoid me qualifying for full time unemployment, with the implied implication I signed the false form to help Benchmark defraud the recruiting company.
