Berts Septic in Bangs, Texas BJ's Septic Did Not Honor The Installation 2 year Clear Stream Aerobic Contract Bangs, May Texas

Worst septic company to even deal with. First, the owner is a braggart, a fool and also a liar and has zero customer skills (coward). This father son, (another coward) put in a very expensive Clear Stream Aerobic system for me.

Instead of installing a septic unit they made it look like I had to have a 13K aerobic system and get this OK? They even promised in contract that I would get 2 years of servicing, not pump out which I understood. These con artist never came once in two years to inspect this unit which is required by Texas law.

I called these b***s and the owners son stated that his pump guy had quit and that he would send out his new guy. When these idiots showed up, they were approached by me and asked, "Do you know about these aerobic Clear Stream systems"? They said no.

I called the owners son (Bo) and told him that these idiots do not know what they are doing. They pumped out all three sections of my tank! I told him what they had done and handed my phone over to one of the idiots and had to listen to Bo talk them on how to stop the alert tone.

They pumped out water that should have been left alone as it has to stay at a proper level to insure that the alert beep would have the correct level of water. THESE IDIOTS USED MY WATER TO REFILL AND THAT COST ME MONEY> May, Texas water is a joke in it's self as it cost me almost 95.00 a month. Now I get to see my water bill go higher? Hell no!

I gave the idiot fellows that pumped out my septic system and told them to give to Bo and T. Newton the owner. I called back the next day to see if Bo got it and yes he did as he stated. He stated that his Daddy was not back from China yet. I strongly told him I expect an answer.

To this date and to no avail have I heard from these cowards and thieves. I have a new contracted septic company that just laughed at BJ's septic. They even told me they were wrong as hell. Bottom line people...DO NOT TRUST THIS JOKE OF A SEPTIC COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. They are cowards, liars and hire non-licensed pump technicians. I speak the truth.
