best buy refused to honor a printed price and also their guarantee lowest price match westland Michigan

On Wednesday, November 27th, I found a 39 inch tv online at best buy and also offered in stores at best buy.
I printed the information to take to the store today, November 30th,  black Friday.
I did not read or look to see if the price was "special" for a day, an hour etc.

I noticed thanksgiving night, the 28th, that the price of the same model number tv had increased in price by 30 dollars. 

I called the store to discuss, and the outgoing message stated that if there was a product with a lower price anywhere, they would honor that price.
I went to the store and spoke with Nate, the store manager.  I showed him my printout, and he stated the lower price was for a short period of time, and no longer available. 

My comment to him was that the expectation of a consumer on black friday is a lower price, not higher.  I asked him to honor the price, he said no.  I then said he needed to honor their policy of "price guarantee, if the same item is lower in price somewhere else.  He said this did not apply to a tv that had a price increase from their store.

I feel duped.  who drops a price in an ad, then raises it hours before Black Friday?  It feels like bait and switch.  I did not cause a scene I was reasonable and quiet.  The guy never flinched, just said "nope cant help you, not going to give you a price break".  This is just like the "clearance sales" where a store drops (for EX:) a 1,000.00 dollar couch by 50%, but raises the price to $1500.00 right before the clearance???  Its not fair and its a rip off.

the tv is an insignia brand, model number NS-39D400NA14.
