work for them over 5 years bad only few guys in that company experienced 90 % of the teams is 3 days training and maximum working up two weeks  ,not happy with they check,also mr. Wayne chit on payments on professional level , also mr. Wayne rip off his boss to give works on side+ his refuse pay money to workers for any reason.DO NOT TRUST.ABSOLUTELY OUT OF LINE . POOR SERVICES high payments nasty customer services if you ask for redo or money back

Ok where to begin with this whole scam. I applied for this type of job because construction is almost non existent and they promised quality customers and 3 locations for offices Laurel/Baltimore/D.C they only have 1 location and thats in Baltimore! My first 2 days (training) their I worked with a guy who was pretty cool but morally messed up (I will leave his name out). He carried a old mold stick thats bright purple indicating the highest level of mold their is and use the same stick on everyones house vents! Which the boss Wayne knows about because I heard them laughing about it. Wayne did not say this was OK but also did not condemn it like I said he just laughed after hearing about it. Long story short about my 2 days training the gentleman was lying to everyone about mold and charging/writting a ticket for outrageous prices wether they were accepted or not. Day 3 they trained me on how to write up a ticket telling me look almost everyone has a coupon it doesn't matter you still recommend everything no matter what! So I spent 4 hours in the office just showing them i can write an estimate for a 3 room clean to be $300+ with all the add ons (chemicals and deep scrub brush). They said it does not matter how clean there carpets are this is how you get paid considering its a commission only job where you are a subcontractor. Base pay starts at 30%, up to $150 = 32% and you max out at 42% at anything over $500. If the customer is not happy (they never are) you are supposed to call the office and the office will knock down half the price and throw a warranty in. Customers are told they will have the carpets cleaned for free but we are advised to leave out important information that they would still be charged $25 per room or $2 per step for the reapplication of the warranty chemical called teflon. Pure scam (bait & switch) Im telling you and this for the consumer end! Now as an employee I only worked their for 3 days put 700 miles on my truck which I paid for gas because I am a sub which I was cool with at first because I thought all jobs would be in the Bmore area considering they had 3 offices as they advertise on craigslist. And come to find out there is only 1 and you are not to inform the customer of that ever. My first day their was a mixed emotional day. because I thought I made $167 my tickets on 2 jobs were a total of $446.85. My big ticket that day was $350 even tho the ladies carpets were almost brand new and all she really needed was the coupon price of 39.95 basic clean but like I said earlier you are told to write the ticket 1 way ONLY and that is to recommend everything no matter what! My second day was bad the first customer broke down and said look all I have is $150 pls just do what you can and I left his carpets looking brand new. Took me 4 hours which they say it should only take 1 hour - 1 1/2 hour to do each job. But I didnt care because the guy was happy and I was happy because I know i gave him a good job ( I take pride in anything I do). My second job was horrible they sent me 68 miles away from the location I was at near the office. To only get cussed out for what I was trained to do mark up the job and was told to get the F#@! out of their house or do it for the coupon price which I did it for the coupon price even tho the customers needed new carpet because it was EXTREMELY dirty and had threads pulled out all through out their house. DEFINATLEY not a quality customer at all extremely ghetto and house smelled like alot of marijuana! That second day I made $81 and spent 45 to get their and back home and that doesn't include going back and forth through the toll ($4). Day 3 I was told to leave the office early at 7:30 to meet a 8:30 appointment when i arrived the lady didnt open the door and told me I was supposed to be their at 8am and she spoke to them 2 times that morning. After I explained I'm coming from Bmore city and showed her the ticket which had 8:30 on it she let me in and said she will never use the company again. The location of that job was another 63 miles from the office. The next job that day was in temple hills which is right on the D.C line This ladies house had dog poo all over but I kinda understood because it appeared that she was unable to take care of her self nor less her dog she was in her late 80's. I made $12 on that job which took me 2 1/2 hours. At this time i have made a total of $21 but spent another $45 on gas I called for my next job and I was informed to go to lunch considering it was 11:45 I didnt mind at all. They told me to call back at 12:45 which I did they informed me my next job wasnt available until 2:30 because her original appointment was @1 but no one was available to make it IT WAS ONLY 4 MILES from the the job I was at prior to getting lunch and 5 miles from where I was eating lunch. They asked if I was married and recommended I walk around and look at some females considering I was right at the D.C park line. At that moment I quit. After all of that I was supposed to make a total of $275.91 but after all their deductions and a $25 draw which they lied and said I took 2 $25 draws and could only show me 1 signed slip because thats all I took. I walked away with $146.00 and they made over $500. I spent more on gas then I made with them and they inform you take the good with the bad. the reason they say this is because they make all the money. They do not care what your making hence all the deductions which were $40 (which should of only been $20 because i only worked 3 days their a week is a mandatory 6 day week) to lease the steam cleaner (which is only a shampooer/Vac) and $31 (which they TRIED to charge me 2 times for the same thing) for the cleaners I used a little bit of and 2 $25 draws which I only got 1 but he said he didnt know where the ticket was that I signed but he knew I took it 2 times (LIE!). So this is my story for consumers and for future employees BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY. And I do want to note that I did sign a contract to lease the machine and to eventually buy the chemicals but that was only because I didnt know they ran everyone through loops and scam everyone! I almost a fool of myself when I left the company by telling the president if it was a couple of years ago I would punch him in the face and I truly am not that individual but they bring the worst out in everyone!
