Best Images Photography CROOK, CHEATER, LIAR, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEXPERIENCED- Tooele, Utah

Please stay away from this CROOK, CHEATER, LIAR or you will regret it for the rest of your life!

We hired him as our wedding photographer on 6/5/2010. As my husband and I did not live in UT at that time and we were very much relying on the internet to search for our wedding photographer.  Don't be fooled with the name and what you see on his website. It is all completely opposite: LIAR, CROOK, CHEATER, UNPROFESSIONAL most important UNEXPERIENCED with what he claims "23 years of experience".

Almost 3 months after the wedding, we had to keep calling him to send us the DVD of the edited pictures and 158 photo prints as included in the package that we already paid in full.  He kept lying to us saying that he would send them out and he never did until we had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  After that, he sent us only 14 big edited pictures (sizes 11x14 and 8x10) and the remaining 144-4x6 pictures were unedited.  The entire group of them was dark and not edited.  Moreover, instead of putting 144 Wedding Day 4x6 Prints in a handsome Wedding Day Book as stated on his website, he put them all in one envelope and sent to us.  It is very unprofessional and shows a poor quality image.   All the pictures that he took for us were worse than an amateur photographer!!!   We kept complaining to the BBB that he did not send to us the entire 144 edited picture.  He lied to the BBB by saying that he did edit the pictures.  He doesnt seem to care, since he had our money as payment in full.

For our entire wedding, he took only 261 pictures including the church ceremony, outdoor and reception which we were very disappointed with. Most of them were dark.  He was unfocused when taking pictures; most of the time he forgot to turn on the flash.  He took so long to rearrange the group pictures and he missed capturing lots of memorable moments.  At our wedding reception, he took only two pictures of us dancing; (one at our back and one in front with my husbands arm chopped off) whereas he took more pictures of the guests dancing.  He did not take the basic pictures like our head table, our wedding car and the guest book table.  When asked why, he said they were not mentioned in the checklist.  An experienced photographer should have known to take very basic pictures during the wedding! He does not know how to aim for good pictures.  When taking only 2 people in the photo (my father and myself the bride), he also chopped off my arm.  When asked why, he said he wanted to focus on my dad. What a terrible and unskilled photographer! 

When we met with him before our wedding he was arrogant.  When we asked if he would take certain pictures he said that he had his own style.  He was unprofessional and did not seem to want to satisfy us as the customer.  My husband told me later that we would not have chosen this guy to do our wedding if we had time to look for another photographer.  However, it was too late, and we were stuck with this guy.  Please stay away from this photographer if you want to avoid a lot of headache and disappointment!
