I booked a ticket on their website for Delta for $606, right away received a call stating that, the ticket doesn't allow carry on bag on Delta flight and I should upgrade, which agreed.
I checked with Delta the next day and they are telling me that the total for the ticket including taxes and fees was $616.40 which is close to what I originally purchased last night. There is a fee from ARC $143.59 which Delta does not recognize from their organization. They are liars, they get the deals from airlines and they are making extra money by scarring customers to pay them extra. Very shady business. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews, read the negative first. They stole $143.59 from me. I was trying to buy ticket for my son to come home for Christmas and they find a way to steal my hard earned money.

NOTHING has changed in the world of reservations! Understand that! NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER involve ANY third party to make reservations! You call the airline, hotel or car rental place DIRECTLY and make it with them. All these third parties are nothing but SCUM! You probably signed an agreement with this trash about there being no cancelation, right? If you cancel, they will get a refund from the airline and KEEP IT! They have also been known to make deliberate "mistakes" so the customer cancels and the trash keeps the money refunded by the airline, hotel or rental place. REMEMBER...ALL these third parties are PURE TRASH. You don't need any of them. They think you are too stupid to make your own reservations, which you are not. REMEMBER...you make all reservations DIRECTLY and be ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE you are dealing directly with the airline, hotel; or rental company and NOT third party trash. They design websites to look exactly like the official provider website and even have people who will answer the phone as if they are the real place. This is exactly how trashy these third party slimeballs work...every one of them!!!
