I found bites all over me, quickly figured out it was BED BUGS..........DISCUSTING
I have stayed in this Best Western for 4 weeks, they told me that there would be construction on the top floor. So I had tomove rooms because of the construction, the first day it was like there was a jackhammer over head, the they were outside my door in a couple of days. The noise was so loud if I turned the TV to max volume, I could not hear it.
My work causes me to have to be on the phone and computer mostly all day, the construction noise made it impossible to stay in the room. I had to go outside in the front of the hotel to be able to talk on my phone.
Then after all of that noise for a number of days I went to renew my resovation because the noise finally stopped. So after I paid the money through hotels.com Best Western Deerfield tells me their policy is if your in te Hotel for more then 25 days, theu "evict" you WTF how stupid, like after all the other crap after I pay the resovation theyevict me, and that's the term they used. Not like "sorry sir we have a policy" no get out you have bought too much of our product ! What total idiots, who ever owns that place should get a new job, or go look up what "Hospitally Business" means.
My Bed Bug Bites have healed and I'm home now, in my Ocean Front Condo which is repaired from the flood which came from the unit above.
The last day I was there they had like twenty people having a party at the pool, radio blasting, drinking all day, cases of glass beer bottles.
I'm going to stop payment on all charges.
Who ever owns and runs that place is a total idiot and a terrible business person.
Best Western who agrees with me that their policies are rediculous

So you rented a hotel room for 25 days or thereabouts (your post is unclear) and now you are going to stop payment on the entire thing? That doesn't seem like the right thing to do at all.
I am not affliated with the hotel in any way but I have never seen logding offered for free and that is what you are attempting to do when you stop your payment. I can't believe that Best Western agrees you should have the place for free either.
If you had truly experienced the bed bugs and the noise, you should have moved to another hotel in the area. There are plenty available. Especially since this is off season where the rates are very, very low compared to rates during season.
