Consumers - Watch out for this BBB location. They do not do the work to help consumers and cover for their paying corporate clients. Most consumers are not aware that how the BBB gets funded is through corporate/company money and by paying the BBB will take off the bad ratings and cover for unethical companies.
This organization knows that one of their top companies has a lot of issues and looks othe other way routinely. You cannot expect results from the BBB as they are more interested in making sure their high paying corproate clients are protected. And, they blame the consumers and make them wrong.

The BBB with all their BS is NOT part of ANY government body. They have absolutely ZERO POWERS to do anything. The call themselves "The Bureau" as a DECEPTION to con people into thinking they are part of law enforcement, when they are not.
The BBB-BS purpose is to SELL their PHONY "accreditations" and their PHONY "ratings" to any business which wants to buy into their scheme. Just like everything else the BBB-BS does, their "mediation" process is a sham. The "mediator" is a PAID EMPLOYEE of the BBB-BS and they are NOT going to rule against any of their customers who paid for their PHONY accreditation!
The BBB-BS con-game has raked in millions over the years for the head of the outfit with the rake-off distributed to the local capos. Every legitimate business knows about the BBB-BS and have been on the receiving end of the BBB-BS shakedown. Keep spreading the word. The BBB-BS is nothing more than a scam!
