  I received several bottles of product in monthly packages that I never ever requested. After calling customer service I realized that the companies I've been charging my account $87 per month for these bottles that I never ordered no receipt was ever included in the shipment and no email receipt was ever sent. I have no idea why they kept sending me this product that I did not order and then after calling to request that they stop sending it to me they refused to refund me the money . Apparently someone other than myself had ordered a 15 day free trial of the item and as no one called her to discontinue the free trial I was automatically signed up into a monthly program charging me $87 however I was never informed of these charges and never received a receipt or confirmation and I never authorized them!
