BG&E A**h**** Disrespectful and not helpful or forthcoming Baltimore Maryland

I called BG&E because both meters at my residence (i rent an apartment from a private owner) were removed. This caused the electricity to go bye-bye and was a peasant surprise to come home to when it's 30  degrees outside. Not to mention, I am a Leukemia survivor since 2001 (beat it twice) and have heath issues so I need my s*** like heat to work in the winter. Long story short, I called, explained my situation and the guy said the previous tennant would have to pay the bill,$1500, in full before I could get my power back. I told him straight that s*** is illegal and I can't be forced to pay another persons bill. Plus Im going to post thousands of negative reviews about them from here to Pookapooku Peru. Eff bg&e and double eff the guy I taked to. Im Ed Evans and I approve this message:)
