I returned an $85.00 dollar item to netshops.com that had originally billed me 90.00. (5.00 for shipping) One month later I get a late statement asking me for 19.00 late fee plus a 2.00 finance charge. The $5.00 non-refundable shipping from Netwshops was billed as a late fee. Is this even legal?
