Bill Stern contacts companies seeking funding via various online services. He states he has investors for your sector then proceeds to give some references and even meet an investment colleague who is working jointly with him to rip you off. After he recieves a text from an investor to entice you and emails from the fake investors which he is producing so that you proceed with him for the paperwork.

The documents are a cut in past which he charges fees for lawyers work but pockets it.... cost went as high as 45k. Along way says different investors he is meeting and emails copy of a check which never gets deposited and all sorts of excuses about he fell or car got a flat etc etc..... A true conartist who has a nice smile. I had a PI investigate him and his wrap sheet is a mile long of various cons from Flordia to New York.

Once I hit 45k pushed him for proof and I even went to investors address, no one was there office empty or no one of that name at location. I have submitted my complaint and all documents to the New York City Fraud Division who is investingating. If you had same experience you should contact them.
