They sent me a totally different drum than what they advertised. I was promised a beautiful handmade drum that had a real woven tree of life on the backside. Instead I received a tiny child size drum that is synthetic with a paper tree of life on the backside. The drum I received is nothing like the drum they advertised. It was clearly a bate and switch offer. I'm was totally scammed and feel very upset that Blacktend is lying to people like this.
I have requested a full refund, but I still haven't heard back from Blacktend.
