Blue Water Pools Ocean Blue Pools Ran my credit illegally don't take calls laugh when i call Griffin Georgia

Saw an advertisement for a pool for $399 the woman on the phone asked if i wanted an appointment i said yes she then asked me to press pound to accept the appointment i did.

The next morning i woke up and they had pulled my credit i asked why they did this they said it was to prove i lived at the location , huh???? there are many ways and this was just a lie because when they showed up the pool was 20,000 typical bait and switch 

i have excellent credit and was buying a second home and was told to not have credit pulls if they had been honest and told me they were pulling my credit i never would have allowed it needless to say i did not get the mortgage because of this pull. 

Jeff and Charles the credit managers wouldnt even take my call after calling to complain a woman from the QC department said they did not have permission to pull my credit 

still jeff and charles in charge of finance told me they pull everyones credit i informed them it was illegal to pull someones credit with out their consent they said they didnt care and wouldnt remove it, now i lost a secone home and the damage they caused is irrepairable on my end as everyone has told me to go back to the creditor. jeff and charles are absolute cowards they wont even get on the phone they hide behind mavens that do their bidding.

BOTTOM LINE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISHONEST AND YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM ON THE PHONNE THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR ERRORS AND COMMIT ILLEGAL ACTS I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND THE CFPB BUT FELT I SHOULD SHARE IT HERE AS WELL

THESE PEOPLE ARE STRAIGHT OUT CRIMINALS REMEBER I WARNED YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM AND THEY WONT FIX THEIR MISTAKE

OH AND DID I MENTION JEFF AND CHARLIE ARE THE TWO BIGGEST COWARDS ON THE PLANET THEY ARE AFRAID TO TALK TO THE SAME PEOPLE THEY SCREW EVERYDAY
