Blue Yonder Photography Angie Kimmel Still waiting for wedding albums 10 Months Later!!!!!! Seeley Lake, Montana

We got married in Whitefish MT and chose Angie Kimmel with Blue Yonder Photography to be our photographer.

Things fell apart the first week of Dec2010 when she had a "family issue". We sent in our wedding albums requests on Dec 3rd.Her response at that time was "I'll start designing the album either this weekend or early next week. Ill keep you updated on the progress and hopefully have a proof to you by the 15th of Dec".  Her next email was Jan 10, 2011 stating that she "had been dealing with some personal and family issues and had taken some time out of the office for personal reasons.

I am back now and your albums are at the top of my priority list, so I will have a proof to you very soon." We sent an email on March 4, saying that it had been 5 months since we were married and all we had from her was thank you cards. We stated that "since you are unresponsive at this point, we will have no choice but get the authorities involved". Angie responded on March 7 with "I understand how frustrated you are and I feel really bad. I don't know what to say other than I am very sorry to have been so unprofessional lately. The album is coming along".

We finally received our 3 DVD's on May 2 and two proof books.We are still waiting for a 11x14 wedding proof book, our 10x10, 20 page photo album, and 2, 8x8 20 page photo album, as per package D in our contract. We have been holding off making a complaint for months,as we really did like Angie and felt bad for whatever she's going through.  After asking several times to communicate with us,we are still getting avoided.  She hasnt responded to a voicemail since Nov2010 and she doesn't respond to our emails for at least 6 weeks. I believe that we have been more than patient waiting 10 months. It has been extremely upsetting and stressful to end our wedding experience on this negative note .

To top things off, we found out by surprise that Angie used our wedding photos for all her advertisements in the official Montana wedding guide with no mention of it to us.  We don't understand how we went from friends, to the bottom of her list with broken promises.  How could she use our photos for all her advertisements as her pride and joy pictures when she screwed us over on our contract?

Just a warning for others out there to know what we have been dealing with for almost a year now.
