BookPatch.com In years past, services were fine. However, this year, 2020, the instructions for preparing a printable .pdf fle for them has not worked for me. The reason is their instructions are 4-5 years old and they CANNOT handle a .pdf created by current revs of software on a MAC using Word 365. Nor do they state you MUST use Adobe Acrobat Pro to generate what they want Scottsdale AZ

In years past, services were fine and I got just what I wanted. However, this year, 2020, the instructions for preparing a printable .pdf fle for them has not worked for me. The reason is their instructions are 4-5 years old and they CANNOT handle a .pdf created by current revs of software on a MAC using Word 365. Nor do they state you MUST use Adobe Acrobat Pro to generate what they want. I submitted 2 different .pdf files and printed runs from both. Both contained the same errors. They would not credit me for anything and I have had to slip an errata sheet into my copies. I would be happy to comply with CORRECT instructions, if any were available, but they are not.

I have written repeatedly stating essentially

You still don't understand. The information Bookpatch kprovides is entirely for older versions of software! If you expect some of us to crank out a pdf per your stipulation, then you must print instructions that tell us either how or whtat we must have Adobe Acrobat Pro.

For example, I am using Microsoft 365 for MAC. I created .pdf files with it twice and neither time did I get error-free copies.

The answer is always

You must upload a PDFx in order for it to print correctly.  Please us acrobat for that.Instructions below
