boost mobil Boost lied consistently changed plans without permission they wont ever tell you Nationwide

 after having boost since 2010 and paying them up to $3000 a year calling to philippines at $.21per min they finally had a plan to pay $10 extra per month and get overseas calls for $.10 per min. Last july i lost my phone and reported it lost. Last august i found it and went to boost store to get it turned on again. They said there is NO WAY to turn it back on! it was purchased at boost!? So i had to buy another phone, told the guy i wanted same plan with $35 a month+$10 per month international so i can call philippines @ $.10 min like before. Done.

So from august 2015 to feb 2016 i have been paying the $35 automatic off my credit card and popping $10 or $20 on as i needed for my ' 10 cents per min ' philippines calls. Just found out they have been charging me $.21 a min all this time! after 2 hours trying to get real person i was told they never HAD a $.10 per min international plan! told them BS i was on it for years! so guy told me they have 'Buckets' of 90 min for $10 only now. So okay..thats $.11 per min. Give me back my $.11 per minute you been overcharging me for past 6 mos(approx $2500) and sign me up for your 'NEW' $.11 per min thing then.

Didnt really expect them to pay all the money they stole from me. So guy signs me up with bucket deal. Now he tells me i need to call boost svc and tell real person each and every bucket!! so 3 times a day i need to work 2 hrs to play games and push buttons to get a real person?? Just to add $10 from my credit card they have registered to my minutes?! Thats 6 hrs of dealing with boost everyday to just talk on my f*cking phone?? Never,ever choose boost...Ever.
