Booze Pops LLC is a company based out of SC that claims to sell franchises of its mobile Adult Ice Cream trucks. They do NOT make anything but hawk products made by other real companies i.e. Buzz Pops, Spiked Ice, etc. They take products from vendors/manufacturers and fail to pay invoices. They attempt to steal trademarks to assimilate thier business with reputable manufacturers.

Their franchise is dependant on the continuous search for new products. According to an ex emplyee -
1. They dont collect sales tax on cash sales
2. They dont check ID's for alcohol products
3. Nobody working for this company receives ever receives a W2 or 1099 (always paid in cash)

This fake review and few others appeared after we discontinued one brand for being fake with no alcohol. Take a look at lawsuit link posted in fake review you can see who. The owner of this company uses a fake Name Jason which happens to also be the son of the known con artist. This guy is just mad his products aren’t worth anything. All of our products are tested and selected by customers from all over the world. Great lesson on be careful on who you do business with. Con-artist are always on the look out who they can try and rob. Definately Pot and Kettle scenario.
