He sold licenses for Nvision TV, accepted the money but never provided the services he sold.

Brandon Michael Nagle is a convicted Felon.  Beware of him.  He is easy to spot, he has full sleeve tattos of Batman and the Joker.  His criminal history goes back to 2000.  He has been arrested for many crimes (misdemeanors & felonies) including theft, worthless checks, uttering, forgery, failure to appear, passing bad checks, conspiracy to obtain property by trickery or deception.  

He has operated several buisnesses including; NVision TV, Oracle Enterprises, Nvision Enterprises, Bonton DC, Sacred Rose Tattoo, LLC, Legacy Music Group, Believe Imperal, and WG.  He may be operating a new company called The Vision Group out of Tazewell VA.  

He has claimed to have married Jasmine Renee, who was also involved in his fraud schemes, but no evidence exists in the public records that show they were legally married.  He claimed to have created Smart Watches, Smart Phones, Gaming Systems, Research and Develpment Center, and other products to lend credibility to his schemes.  

He used a fake name to registed a company in NC called NVision Enterprises of America. He entered into several contracts and accpeted thousands of dollars to purchase computers, monitor and operate the system.  He never purcahsed the computers and never did anything other than delay and make excuses.  

For months he would call and email back and forth with excuse after excuse until he finaly made up a story about how he was diying of cancer and he had but weeks left to live.  He never died, he only moved under the cover of night, dropped off Facebook, and took all the money with him.  Even after agreeing to refund the money it would just be excuse after excuse, but in the end not a penney was refunded.  

He offered licences for his internet TV serivce.  He lied about what the cost of the licence was, and almost every other thing he said to get the "Licence Fee".  This fee was about $7,000.  It did not take long before he would just offer excuses of why he could not return the money.  Even after agreeing to refund the money it would just be excuse after excuse, never resulting in any refunds.

He used "Lynn Douglas" to make excuses for him and to perpetuate his schemes.  I do not know if this is a real person or actually his Aunt like she claimed to be.  Her email is LCdouglas1965@gmail.com.

He had a storefront in the Pineville Mall, but when he got to the pont where he could not escape the lawsits he just abandoned it.  He dodged service of process on the lawsuits that were filed agaist him.  He never showed up in court and he now has over $30k in judgments agaist him personally and his company.

Many people were caught up in the above two schemes.  I was told he had obtained over $250,000 from all the people in cash and services if you total it all up.  I cannot verify those numbers but the people he ripped off are real people.

He is currently in hiding.  He has lived with his monther and Jasmine, and I assume he is still living with one of them.
