Company's secretary (Bridgette?) made errors in the reporting of the appraisal to the bank's underwriter causing a 10 day delay in closing. Appraiser also did a second inspection by looking through a basement window instead of calling either the seller's or buyer's agent. Very unprofessional. Do Not Use.
