I lived in the Brazos apartment, college station for 2 years. Third year I renewed (aug 1st 2020-31st July 2021).  The condition of the apartment was very bad with cockroaches, rusted oven (oven inside no light, oven ranch top broken pieces), rusted dish washer (not working well), and so on. Although I asked Ms. Cynthia O'Quain -Brazos apartment manager to replace the oven with a new one, she denied and keep giving us the same oven. Blowing dust on car by their lawn care people every week; Big spiders coming inside the unit through under the door; water pipe noise; smoke alarm sound alarm, AC noise were some of the several problems I had in living in this Unit. Every year rent increases.  Therefore, I gave early notice of move out to the apartment manager Cynthia almost over 1 month ahead. I vacated the apartment on December 5th.

I paid December full month rent $739. In addition, I paid reletting charges $ 628.15 and returned the keys together on December 9th, 2020 to the apartment manager and I closed all accounts including electricity, water, internet everything.  Thus, my account with Brazos apartment is closed. Thereafter I never went to the apartment. Cynthia already collected money for the reletting fees from the bank.  When we returned the keys, Cynthia never asked us to clean the unit. We always clean the unit everyday so that it was neat-how decades old apartment will look like-everyone knows.

I signed all apartment contract documents without reading anything so far, where ever I lived in apartments.  I never had any problem. I am aged and I never got debt collector notice so far. I am sincere in paying everything in time.

They charged me $577.43 through debt collector as cleaning charges. How 2 bed 2 bath cleaning charge comes $577.43 in USA? Cynthia-Do not cheat tenants. When I turned the keys on her hand why she did not ask me to clean the unit. We already kept cleaning the unit. Is it possible decades old apartment to make look like a new one by cleaning?

In addition, Cynthia is asking me to pay the remaining lease term rent although I already paid reletting charges and returned the keys on her hand. I never went to that apartment thereafter.

Beware of Brazospoint apartments, college station, TX 77845 move-out charges!!!

I reported earlier that When I called the apartment office people over phone to ask what is the charge $577.43 and they informed me that cleaning charges. After I posted on several websites, the apartment office management people have again criminally revised the bill to show these charges are cleaning and other things. When I vacated on Dec 5th, 2020 and returned the keys in the apartment manager hand on Dec 9th, 2020, they typed in the new revised bill, my move out date as 1/1/2021.

This date is fraud manipulation. We put 2 new pans in the oven on the day of move out. They charged me by adding all pan cost in the bill. This charge is another fraud manipulation. We cleaned the room every day to make it neat. They put cleaning charges also, without requesting us to do more cleaning. This charge is another fraud manipulation.  We did not see any damage to the blinds. They charged $30 by saying damage blinds dirty charges. bathroom cleaning $50; floor cleaning $60; fridge cleaning $20; oven cleaning $20; kitchen wall and dish washer cleaning $20; 2nd bathroom cleaning $20; replace all pans $30; replace 2 light bulbs $8; rent charges $517.30 for the period 1/1/21-1/21/21 (I did not live in this apartment on January 2021); relet/sublet fees $628.15.

Thus, the apartment management people have completely fraudulently manipulated and created all these bills.  We did not use the ceiling fans and lights set at all as the way the old era fan rotates, it should not fall on my head when I pull the chain for fan or light to turn on them. We used our own table lights and our own standing fan forever we lived in the apartment.  The apartment manager Cynthia never showed me any bill until today 6/11/2021. Everything was directly sent to debt collector-Hunter Warfield, Inc.
