I recently signed up with this company, they took out the initial fee to join, plus the monthly fee (though the monthly fee was supposed to come out in payments and they did not fulfill that). I have now paid them over $350, they started telling me I needed to join a credit reporting company, which I had been apart of one and then left until they actually started working on my account. They were taking a long time to begin working on my account. I now see they were just taking my money, once they finally realized I wasn't a member of the credit reporting company they asked me to sign up. When I told them who I would like to join with they said no and told me who I had to sign up with, that is not the company I preferred to go with. Very poor customer service in that they were arguing with me about this by email. They also argued with me that their email address works, when in fact if you email them from their website, it does not work. I got emails back that the email was not in service. I then sent an email to their receptionist, who also ignored my emails. In the process of emailing them through my account, the contact person continued arguing and having an attitude that only they know. I asked to cancel my contract and receive a refund, at that point. They only refunded my $109 monthly payment and even though they did NOTHING for me, refused to refund my $249. They did absolutely nothing on my account, didn't even work on it. please help other customers to beware of this company and their fraudulant practices. I don't know how a company working with finances can justify taking money when they didn't do any work, but that is currently happening with this company. they are providing false claims, about their customer service, their care for clients. they even go as far to say they will work with you on payments. instead, they stole money from me.
