I sent Mr Phillips $1500 for some home business leads to market my home business. I did a 5000 postcard mail campaign using addresses from the list. More than half of the postcards came back non-deliverable. I called and asked Mr Phillips to send me a more recent updated list, as I thought the list was old. He refused. I then asked him for my money back and he got really angry and started swearing at me and hung up. No way for me to dispute with a credit card company because I foolishly bank wired him the money for the leads. I see he has a lot of complaints on Rip Off Report. I should have checked him out before. Don't do business with him.
