This company brought supplies for our new home construction.  We had a contractor whom is now dead, we have yet to close on our home, because this is the only company that is claiming that they are still owed 1/3 of their money.  Whom knows where they came up with the amount they are claimed is still owed, which is $35,000, but they already received from the bank the amount in the Builders Contract $55,000, and we are talking about a home that is only 2400 square feet.  They are claiming that there was updated cabinets and fudging numbers, since our builder is now dead and they claim that this amount was on an estimate.

We were told by this supply company that they had given personal loans to our builder in the past that he hadn't repaid totally, so obviously since he is now dead and his estate had nothing but debt that they are now putting this lien on our home, intentionally slandering our title and won't compromise at all, and we will prove that they have fudged their numbers, and don't care anything about customers.  Also this company called another subcontractor and told them to put a lien against our home, and this was way after the 6 month period after the finishing of work, and we never even received the lien, this was all purposelly to slander our title.  We had to pay an attorney to remove that lien.

We want to make sure that this type of thing doesn't happen to anybody else.  Don't use Builders Resource Group, all you have to do is go and look at the Court system, never seen a company going after so many people, and can guarantee that it is all because they lie on paper, just to get more money, not caring about peoples credit, lives or anything above.

Be forwarned that they are crooked and in several partnerships with crooked builders and give personal loans to them and then will go after innocent people and expect them to pay for supplies and upgrades that were not even in their home.  This company will not be around for much longer, and I will do everything in my power to make sure of this.  Pretty sad that our house was finished 10 months ago and still can't close, pretty sad when my children are affected and can't sleep at night!  We want to make sure that nobody uses these people, Consumers need to know the truth!!
