Bulbhead Battle Vision Sunglasses. QDN, otbstudios.net Refuse to honor unconditional guarantee

The TV ad looks great!  Famous ex-Air Force pilot ranting and rating about their Battle Vision sunglasses. he twists and turns the frames! Virtually indestructible he states!

Bullcrap, I bought a two pack at Walgreen.  I had them less than a month. My wife and I would place them on our ballcaps when not wearing them. Right away, the frames split in half!

So, we followed the return procedures listed on the package...that's it! Simple warranty return...... NOT!

The 800 customer service number goes only to India. Most people who answer barely speak English!  To get them to understand the issue is impossible. So, I tried the Inet website....guess what....they tell you to call India!!

The Indians tell me there is no record of my return, and I must have a return receipt! Such receipt costs half of the purchase price! That would be stupid!  I'm not stupid!

So; their warranty, their customer service, their loyalty to customers is crap!! Non-existent!  Buyers Beware!
