     Bulk Supplements could be a great source for SOME supplements.  The truth is, you have to shop, because some of their supplements are more expensive to buy in bulk than to buy already in capsules from other sources.  But when you can save enough to make it worthwhile to buy the equipment to load it yourself and have the time to do so, you can save money on Some supplements.

     Then comes the shipping problem and when it comes to that this company is not only negligent, but careless and refuses to work with their customers.  If you order enough form them, they will ship for free, but fail to tell you how they are shipping.  Many supplements are temperture sensitive and should not be sitting in a hot mail box all day.  

     In my case I am disabled and rely on someone bringing me my mail about once a week.  I buy R-Alhpa lipoic acid which they themselves told me how temperature sensative it is.  It should not be sitting in a mailbox even for half a day with the sun on it heating the box up inside with the supplement sitting in it, especially when one lives in southern New Mexico.  They know this, they are just outside Las Vegas, Nevada.

      They offer free shipping but do not tell you that when you select this, they will send it through the post office; something this supplement shouldn't even be sent this way.

     I first ordered from them 5 months ago and ran across this problem from them.  When it came to my attention how they sent it I called to have it sent UPS.  Problem is they wanted to charge me almost $20 to ship that way.  First odf all, UPS doesn't charge that much to send a lightweight small package and the USPS doesn't deliver for free.  So they were trying to gouge me in two ways; not crediting the USPS charge and padding the UPS charge.  I would not go for it and had to settle for if the supplement came damaged, I would go through my credit card company to get a refund.

     I asked them to announce on their web site that free shipping was done throught the post office and at the time refused to do so and still refuse to do so today.

     Now, 5 months later, I return to order more R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and go through the same experience (not remembering the incident 5 months ago) and again call to get the problem fixed.  I was immediately remembered by the person who answered the phone (which tells you, I must have created quite a stir with them 5 months ago) and was rudely reminded of their refusal of cooperation from the previous 5 monnths ago.  I again asked them to mention the way the free shipping is deliverd and again they rudely refuse to do so.  Again I was supposed to pay an outrageous price (anywhere from $12-to over $20) to have a package I paid $65 for.  Increasing the cost of an order by 20% or more to have delivered the way it should have been in the beginning is outrageous.

     The customer service woman was rude, unreasonable and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise during the entire conversation.  The only way I could speak was to over talk her with a loud voice and then it went in one ear and out the other; and then anything i said, I would have gotten a better ear from the wall.  Again, I am left with waiting for it to come and if it is spoiled to get my money back form my credit card.

     I do recall (as I'm writing this review), that 5 months ago I reported them for excessive shipping charges and this time, the UPS's cheapest charge was lower this time than before.  Only proofs how this company is run and the attitude of the owner.  If I wasn't so poor and could afford to not do business with them when I can save money, I surely would send them down the road.

     In today's world, the only way to get the business world's attention, is to hit them in the pocket book; so when you do order from them, let them know all  the suppements you would order from them and are not and why.  Only then, will they maybe, get the message that treating people wrongly has it's consequences to their bottom line; then, maybe, they will shape up and start running an honest, caring for their customers, business.
