- Bush Ross esq and Dell Webbs Highgate 11condiminium association Sun City,Fl is tyring to sell a ladys house of 30 out from under her for no other reason then missed HOA fees. she just had one heart operation and needs an next month.Her doctors have told these people that her medical problems are a direct result of there actions,that its going to kill her.she naaeds another heart operation this month.maybe thats what they want.they already has a lein on the property,appartenly they dont want to wait.All she is asking for a postponement so she can die in the same house where she lost her husband of 55 years. They say this is all legal,but what about morally,effecally or with any kind of passion
