Butte County, CA DDA Jack Schafer, Kristin Cobery, ESQ Corruption and 6th Amendment Violations Run amuck! Oroville, California

Allow me to paint a picture for you: I am sitting in Butte County Superior Court for my Arraignment at 8 am. Court is
Beginning, the judge has taken "role call of defendants". 5 minutes late, a very, agitated DDA Schafer walks through the doors and is greeted by the bailiff who informs Mr Schafer of his tardiness, to which he replies very quickly,"Blame it on the defense!" Mr Schafer's suit was completely wrinkled top to bottom (it looked like he had slept in it for a week), he was unshaven-his face had approximately 3-4 days of  gnarled growth. His hair was completely uncombed, he was fijity,
agitated,and speaking so fast that I could barely understand what he was saying. Suffice it to say DDA Schafer looked and behaved like a  homeless METH ADDICT! I have a court appointed attorney. I am being arraigned
for a failure to provide Child Support and disobeying a lawful court order. Both are misdemeanors. My court appointed Public Defender, is blatently refusing to return my phone calls or emails.

At my initial arraignment, I had been in the county jail and was told to contact my public defender. As it turns out, her
number was restricted by the jail and I could not call her. So I asked my girlfriend to call her and she also emailed Ms Cobery multiple times and left multiple voice messages, she was also unsuccessful. During the arraignment, my pd complained to the judge about not having any discovery on the case. When I informed her of the above mentioned
issues, She angrily snarled at me saying, "I dont take jail calls and I dont take girlfriend calls!" Is this not a direct and brazen 6th Amendment violation? Also, My girlfriend had called Butte County Child Support Services and spoke to a woman I will not name for now. My girlfriend asked what needed to be done for my release from jail. My girlfriend offered $1000 immediately and re-establishment of regular child support payments. CSS informed my girlfriend that she would have to run it by DDA Jack Schafer directly for approval. It was agreed to by DDA JAck Schafer and payment of $1000
was made to which we have a confirmation #. I was in court again on my own accord having been released days prior due to the above payment being satisfied.

During this time DDA Jack Schafer was suggesting jail sentencing for my charges, to which I rebutted that an agreement had already been made days earlier by Jack Schafer himself. Jack Schafer stood in front of the judge and lied saying he had no idea what I was referring to and no money was received and no such agreement had been made. Then Mr Schafer turned toward me in an aggressive manner and growled at me saying "And might I remind you, I don't work for Child Support Services; I work for the DA!" It has been over many weeks with NO response from my pd at all. I am at my wits end. I cannot afford a defense attorney because I am disabled currently and cannot work. My girlfriend is doing all she can to raise money for a defense attorney retainer, but I'm afraid it will not be in time. I fear I will be spending 2 years in prison on a misdemeanor because my court  appointed pd and the DDA has a mysterious vendetta against me
