We had a very distasteful experience with these same people. A Shawn McKenzie, in St. Pete? "Buy and Sell Cemetary Property" or something like that?  Back when we lived in SFBA in CA, early 90's, they gladly took our almost $400 and did absolutely nothing to promote the sale.

We never received one genuine offer in almost 10 years. They offered no advice about advertising, photography, writing a listing...nothing. All their replies to my inquiries said absolutely nothing except the market was slow. People are dying less frequently? I dont' think so.

Too bad there was no way to vet them when we first contracted with them...we never would have made that deal.
