We did in fact install this system in 2010, through a public adjuster.... We installed a Bryant oil fired boiler, with all the bells and whistles. The job was installed to completion according to the contract submitted to the adjusters... Was inspected by the adjusters and payment was made appr 45 days after completion, pictures were taken of the job, it was a job done to perfection.  one year after the warrenty expired the woman called for service after running out of oil, if you have a oil heater you know running out of requires service... The woman spoke with the owner of Buzz Duzz crying no money she couldn,t come up with 75.00 for us to restore her heater to working order...so she gets mad and writes this report we would have gladly helped her out and still will but for us to stay in business we must make money, its not our fault she ran out of oil, the heater did not cost 7500.00 to install either. so if you are reading this remember there are two sides to every story.

There is hope, the BBB rates them A+
