He threatened me and now is reporting me to you because I refused to give him clients names or a proposal after he threatened me. I am seeking police PO He is intentially now going to you in order to try and intimimidate me. I told him I could do 35 BP plus interchange. THis man asked for evaluation of services for merchant services.  I told him I do 35 basis points all day long.  That is PT plus 35 basis points.  He told me my documents were good enough to wipe his a*s with.  He threatened me and now says hes reporting me to you because he claims I lied.  I did not lie.  He does not understand basis points.  He tried to set me up lying what rate he had- told me verbally which I recorded that he was paying 70 basis points, now he claims 5.  He tried to intimidate me and now will not quit writing to me.  I am going to the police tomorrow and if he tries to slander my name with you all - I will get legal counsel.  I cannot give him my best rate without seeing numbers.  If the transactions are lower then what he says,  I cannot give him lower transaction fees.  I can't give a transaction fee without knowing numbers- I could feasibly lose money.  

It was ridiculous how I was treated and now he is trying to bully me.  I will not stand for it and will be at the police station tomorrow.
