Café Casino Withdrawal Problems

To all who have been burned, tricked, scammed or conned:

There is a significant problem with online Café Casino in the way they retain players’ winnings by awarding “Perks Bonuses” and “Perk Points”. When I deposited money, I was awarded a Bonus that was a percentage of that deposit. For example, if I deposited $1,000.00, I would be awarded a $500.00 Perks Bonus. That would give me a Balance of $1,500.00 to play with. If I then lost $1,000.00, and deposited another $1,000.00, receiving another $500.00 Perks Bonus, my Balance would then be $1,000.00 cash of mine and $1,000.00 of Perks Bonus.

What is not explained is the meaning of the “play through requirement” that is 60 times the amount of the Perks balance. It means that I cannot withdraw any of my cash winnings or cash deposits until I have gambled (“played through”) $60,000.00!

If I win $5000.00 and want to withdraw some of my winnings, say $2,500.00, I cannot do so until I have gambled 60 x the $1,000.00 of Perks Bonus, i.e. $60,000.00! That is a very devious way to delay a player from withdrawing money from Café Casino!

I called the Customer Service Department at Café Casino on 2020/02/13, and spoke with a supervisor because I had been trying to withdraw $2,500.00 via bitcoin for several days, but I kept getting the message, “You have reached the daily withdrawal limit for this payment method. Please use another payment method or try again tomorrow.” That was a bogus statement, because that was not the reason that I could not withdraw my winnings; it was just another delaying tactic – false information. That’s when he explained the “gotcha” when it comes to withdrawing winnings.

When we lose, we lose our money, but when we win, we win with their “bonus money”, so we cannot withdraw our winnings until, until, until….

 What a scam!

Also, Café Casino has a maximum withdrawal amount of only $2,500.00 once every three days (usually runs longer than that, sometimes almost a week), regardless of how much I win! I cannot imagine what would happen if any real casino told a player that he could only withdraw $2,500.00 of his winnings every three days, even though he had won much more!

Yes, my wife and I are complaining, but we also really want to warn other people about the problems. Hindsight is perfect, but be forewarned! Café Casino, and many other online casinos, are regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Any operator wanting to be licensed by the commission must host their gaming portal at a data center called Mohawk Internet Technologies on the reservation.
