Cain & Daniels Tammy Hagley Was to settle a debit for me and misrepresented themselves and compensated themselves 500.00 instead of posting to my debit as was stated to me Tampa Florida

Was settling debit from another company thru their legal representation. Cain & Daniels contacted me, represented themselves as being affiliated with other company and could settle my debt.

Upon settlement, I submitted what I was to be applied to the 1st two months payments I owed. 

I later found out the amount I remitted to cover as they stated two months payments were not fully allied as Cain & Daniels retained 500.00 of the 1000.00 . for their own compensation.

I requested a refund and was denied by them.
