Callvation IS a SCAM!

We contracted this company to supplement our telemarketing and it was a HUGE waste. Firstly they only take wire transfer so there is the first red flag. You have no way to protect yourself or get any kind of a refund. I am guessing they only accept wire transfer because otherwise they would have a huge amount of charge backs and refunds on their hands. They do not proivde the service they advertise so they are stealing money.

We had to contact them at least 15 times to get the campaign set up, they were never around and never communicated. They tried to change our script to lie to prospects and use scare tactics, very bad for business. All they cared about was making it look like they were doing something. They waited until the very last minute to do everything.

When it came time for our campaign to start, there was of course a ton of problems. Half of our agents were never logged in, their drop call percentage was 30%, there woud be huge gaps of time where no one was calling at all. We were told we would get 10 agents and there was never a time that that happened. 

As the days went on the problems were never resolved and it was always a nightmare. The leads they sent to us were all garbage and angry people as they had not used our script and were just lying to prospects and saying outlandish things to them. It was a awful. We ended up stopping the campaign after 3 days and asking for a partial refund.

Bryan Loving, our rep at Callvation said he would give us a partial refund but never did. To this day we have not seen any kind of credit to our account and they have since vanished and will not communicate with us.
