Caloryyy Caloryyy, Ghosted me ,when email for direction on how to return for refund

This is about the company Caloryyy.com. Place order for one blose on 5/19/21. Card was charged within 2 days. Ordered size 5, for some reason, some how that was cancel (not by me),then another order was placed (not by me) for a small size. Received package 6/9/21. tried calling all day  on 6/10/21 nothing but busy signal. Then email,asking for return for a Refund. Two days later,recieved an email back, being told to by company to give the blouse to someone as a gift and that they will give me 30% off my next order.

I didn't want to order from them again and was never given directions ( ever "if" I had wanted to reorder). On 6/10/21 ,sarted to email company wanting compete directions on how to return for a refund. I've be "ghosted" by the company, all 6 emails that I have ent to them. The website tells you that you can get a refund ,that you have to email them to get the directions.It's called the old "Bite and Switch"   BEWARE
