I received an email with a great price on Yeti in their 12 days of Christmas - so I ordered November 26, 2016. I had gotten them for gifts but decided with mass email - others had taken advantage of it as well and it would just be late. So I wrote them right after Christmas and got the generic - we will get back with you.

I wrote them again a week later and got same response - the generic bounceback email. I still do not have my order and I am out $71 for items that should have been delivered by Christmas and I have received nothing -

I left something on FB - thinking that would do it - Nope - no response to that. Website says they are having a high volume of calls - no wonder.
