Carfax.com VERY DISHONEST business practices that I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Nationwide

 First off, I understand your problem and I don't take issue with your complain. However...some MAJOR education is in order here... 1. CARFAX is NOT accurate! There are MANY COMPLAINTS from people who have a C/F in hand which shows no major collisions while the mechanic is showing that same person PRIME EVIDENCE of damage! Just so you know that! I've used other services which were much better. 2. You're going to "report them to the BBB" ??? Exactly who do you think the BBB with all their PHONY BS is? The BBB is NOT the "business police"! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body! The BBB is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body! The BBB with all their PHONY BS has absolutely ZERO POWER to force ANY business to do ANYTHING! The ONLY purpose of the PHONY BBB-BS is to SELL their PHONY "accreditations" and their PHONY "ratings" to ANY business which wants to BUY them. It is exactly like you going to some place on-line to get a PHONY college diploma to hang on your wall as a joke. The BBB goes to GREAT LENGTHS to CON the public into thinking they have law enforcement powers as part of their overall CON-GAME of selling their useless, phony ratings. They are USELESS because ANYBODY can buy them! As for your other problem, why not put that purchase into contest with your card? If you have a case, the bank will refund your money.
