So here we thought we were all caught up. Just a few days ago though I got an a really snotty email from the finance department asking me to “explain to them why we are late on our payments”… THIS WAS THEIR FINANCE MANAGERS LITERAL WORDING. “EXPLAIN” to them…. So this person gets to just talk to me like I’m a child? I call him, he proceeds to tell me, That it was a error in his computer yet I still owe it!? Mind you this is after they gave us expired tabs on the vehicle we purchased that was promised to have current registration when we purchased it. they gave us the totally wrong cars tabs when they got them in and now they are expecting us to go and make it right and then They claim they’ll reimburse us after they pulled this stunt.
