Cariocawear Gil Evan Purchased Swimwear Received Stained Pre-Worn Swimwear that Smelled Really Bad and Had Pubic Hair in Packaging Beverly Hills, California

I purchased a swimwear set from Gil Evan at Cariocawear and received a pre-worn set that had pubic hair in the box. I called Cariocawear for a refund and was denied. I asked to speak with the owner of the store and was contacted by Gil Evan who told me that I was not entitled to a refund and he would not accept any responsibilty for the soiled swimwear set. I ended up sending everything back to cariocawear and I'm left still without a refund. PLEASE DO NOT purchase anything from this company they will NOT give you a refund and you are risking your HEALTH!
