This Proceeding issued on you Docket No: - CN/4681328SN with one of ADVANCE AMERICA INC. Company in order to notify you that after making calls to you on your phone number we were not able to get hold of you so the accounts department of “THE SEMRAD LAW FIRM” has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.
We have sent you this warning notification about legal proceedings on Nov.29th, 2019, but you failed to respond on time now it’s high time if you failed to respond in the next 12 HOURS we will register this case in court. Throw it in the trash. This company has been running this same scam for years now. Either throw it in the trash or demand ALL supporting documents from them. Either way, you will never hear from them again.
