Received a call from 9146127261. It was a man with an indian accent and said his name was Erik Foster. He asked for me by name and provided me with my ssn. I saw it was correct. He advised me that there were 3 legal suits pending on me then stated I had to call 9146127261 and ask for Ronnie Cooper. I asked what it was for and he said he couldn't give me any information and hung up. I called the number and same guy answered. I asked for Ronnie Cooper and he said he was busy but that he could help. I asked if he was Erik Foster and he did not answer. He then said he would tell me what goin on.he then stated that I could not inturrept him while he spoke. I said ok. He stated that I had borrowed 300.00 from his company, USA cashadvance and that they were trying to withdraw from my account and they were unable to. He stated that there were 3 suits against me and if I didn't pay they would have cops arrest me at work. And that I didn't want that did I? I told him I have never gotten any advance from his company and I didn't owe them anything. He then stated he would have paperwork sent when I got picked up. I said I guess and hung up.

I have never gotten a loan from this place. Never received any money by mail or deposited in my account. I knew it was a scam cuz they were using fake names.
