I ordered a 5 pack of green ear savers to help hold the mask behind my head while I care for COVID patients at work. I ordered 4 months ago. It never arrived. I emailed them two months in, and they told me I was a scammer and should already have received it... so rude. Then they said they sent it again. It never arrived. Now it’s too late to take it up with Etsy.com
