Catherine Romano, an eighty six year old shriveled up Italian liar. from Sun Valley, Ca. In 1975 her daughter Catherine Theresa Romano Macari was killed in an auto truck accident on highway 395 in Carson City Nevada. Her son in law James Lee Macari survived the crash. The first words out of her mouth, when she went to the hospital, St. Josephs in Burbank Ca., to visit her severely injured son in law were, "Why couldn't it have been you". She was so pissed off it wasn't him, instead of her daughter, she pursued the case, by being added on the son in laws case, and set a precedent in the courts, for the death of a married adult child. She sued for loss of love and loss of society. Funny thing is, she did nothing but cause trouble in the marriage of her daughter.

Ever since the precedent setting case, it has appeared that she was able to use the legal system as a shelter for her destructive behavior aimed towards her relatives. She has done more to inflict damage to her sister, and her sisters children, even her own son, by slandering and stealing from them all. The phony Catherine Romano, has fooled all her friends into thinking she is a nice person, to offset what her family knows about her. She even becomes really close to dying friends in order to attempt to hijack their estates.

In 2008, her husband Peter Paul Romano died from Alzhiemers. She frauded Medi-Cal, by retaining the Mitchell Karasov Law Firm of Valley Village, Ca., and the attorney Sean D. Ethington, working for Karasov, now of Valencia, Ca., and went to probate court to strip Peter Paul Romano of all his part of the community property. This was granted by the probate court judge Thomas Stoever, even though Catherine Romano and Peter Romano owned $775,000.00 in assets held in a living trust. She never even submitted any receipts to justify act. She totally ignored the wishes of Peter Romano, and stripped him of all his part of the money, took it out of the trust, after he became incapacitated.

The other family member to die within the six month period of 9/1/07 and 3/3/08, was Peter Romano' uncle, Anthony E. Mancuso. Anthony E. Mancuso was going to leave the bulk of his estate to Peter Romano and possibly Anthony' grandchildren. The reason being,  Anthony had no living children and was widowed twice. It was heard many times at holiday functions, by Anthony Mancuso, that he did not want a living trust, a will was good enough for him. Catherine Romano and her daughter Anne Marie McNeley were witnessed many times trying to convince the old man to get a living trust.

Enter Marsha Yaeger, Anthony Mancuso' second wife' daughter, no blood relation to Anthony,  another low class, trailer trash type from Chino, Ca. She was recruited by Catherine Romano to team up her and conspire through lies, slander and theft, and write a phony living trust, that would redirect all the money to Catherine Romano, Anne Marie McNeley and Marsha Yaeger. This phony living trust had twenty five beneficiaries on it.This amount was done to discourage contests of the trust. Names of people dead and non existent.This phony living trust was supposedly written by a lawyer by the name of Sean Michael Cassidy, of Tarzana, Ca. 818-708-3908. Sean Michael Cassidy is an unreachable lawyer. His office address is a PO box in Woodland Hills, Ca.,  he never, ever, never answers his work phone, nor does a secretary answer the phone, only a recorded message, WHY? I know he is either a shyster, or not a real lawyer.

The phony living trust shows Catherine Romano receiving $75,000.00, plus another $20,000.00 for having a garage sale, then estate cleanup in May 2008. We all know she stole more money than that, because of a bank statement that was obtained by a private investigator. The bank statement showed deposits of $433,000.00 going into Catheriine Romano' bank account. She had to steal Anthony E Mancuso' money, because if it went where he wanted it to, Peter Romano, then Medi-Cal would come looking for their recovery. Also, what was left of the Anthony E. Mancuso' estate would have gone to his grandchildren, which by the way received nothing, and then would have went to the heirs of Peter P. Romano.

The last man to die, in March of 2008 was Peter Cimarusti, Catherine Romano' brother. Peter Cimarusti was never married with no children. While Peter was in Laguna Woods Hospital, dying from a massive stroke, Catherine Romano, Anne Marie McNeley, Dan McNeley and Kelley Drzewiecki were in his home rummaging through it. They were looking for Peter Cimarusti' living trust. Catherine Romano, Anne Marie McNeley and Dan McNeley were also witnessed trying to convince Alan Soto, Esq. to excluded anyone but themselves from Peter Cimarusti' estate. The trust that surfaced for Peter Cimarusti did not contain all his assets, and were also stolen by Catherine Romano and Anne Marie McNeley.
